RETURN POLICY. Unsatisfactory Acedge merchandise may be returned provided that an authorized return sticker is obtained before sending the item back to the address indicated below. In addition, we add the "inventor's guarantee" - you may return Acedge in the first year of purchase if you think it has not improved your serve. Please note that postage and handling charges of USD 5.00 will be deducted from any refund. Refunds will be made by check.

SHIPPING POLICY. Generally speaking, all US orders will be shipped within 5 days of receiving the order. Overseas orders may take a bit longer when special arrangements have to be made for payments to clear properly. You will be notified by e-mail of any unusual delays etc.

All orders shipped within the US include postage and packaging. Overseas orders should add $1 US additional postage.
